If it's a hill I would just put a small tinge of blue where it meets the sky. If completely flat even more so.
Also there should be a hint of blue on everything just because of the sky. I'm gonna link this tuturial just because they have pictures and I don't. Look for the picture of the bird. (although the whole thing is very good.)
